Refund policy

At Signature Designs Unlimited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 30 days of purchasingĀ  your original package from Signature Designs Unlimited. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday themed items.
  • Any return packages postmarkedĀ after 30 days of purchasingĀ your original package will be refused by Signature Designs Unlimited and returned to the sender.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
  • We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday themed items.
  • Any exchanged packages postmarkedĀ after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused byĀ Signature Designs Unlimited and returned to the sender.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonĀ­refundable.
